Our site will calculate shipping charges for you automatically during the checkout process, and you do not need to buy anything to see these charges. The shipping costs are calculated based on the carton weight and dimensions of each product, and the costs are then combined to determine the total shipping cost.
Stock items usually ship between 1-3 business days. It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages(concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, claims for shortages are to be filed with Window Doctor. All claims are to be made within 7 days.
No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA# must be outside of all cartons). Please contact Window Doctor for an RGA#. A 30% Handling/Restocking charge will be assessed to all returns for reasons other than Window Doctor errors. All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Custom Made/Special Orders are not subject to return.

If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made on our site while using our secure servers. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping here you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
